• Job Description

  - Establish HSE standards and policies with clearly defined strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and EIA requirements
  - Enhance Safety, Health and Environment by enforcing compliance to HSE standards & policies, regulations, PSM program and EIA requirements
  - Ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are developed, documented, implemented and tested
  - Ensure that effective medical, first aid, occupational health facilities, resources, equipment and consumables are provided and maintained at all offices and work sites
  - Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
  - Conduct safety audits both internal and external.
  - Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
  Implement and execute HSE training plan
  - Contractors management to achieve in operational efficiency and safety.
  - Organize and facilitate training, drills and exercises for emergency preparedness and response
  - Establish complaint handling procedure and respond to complaints from residents
  - Build and maintain good relationships with community and facilitate community outreach activities
  - Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs
  - Establish and maintain PSM system
  - Establish and maintain ISO14001 system
  - Interact with regulatory agencies during site inspections and visits.
  - Manage promotion safety, health and environment in the work environment to create a safety culture in the organization.
