【Your Responsibility】
■Manage Factory and the Thai staff in our Company
■Quality discussions and negotiations with suppliers
■Report to:Japanese Managing Director
【Job Summary】
- Formulate factory operations and strategies
- To plan factory production and meet deadlines
- If there is a problem on the production line, identify the problem and improve it.
- Cost and budget management
- To manage manpower and Train the staff
- To Check The Quality of Products and to have a meeting with supplier
- Report to Japanese Managing director

Requirement
【Must】
- Male/Female/ 38-45 age.
- Experience of steel plate processing manufacturer
- Experience in Factory management in Japanese Company
- To manage and Train Staff
- People work in Japanese Company now
- No job hopper(Twice or Three times only)
- Good command of English
- Change the job(Less than three times)

- Experience in Manufacture of construction machinery partsEnglish Level
