• Job Description

  - Plan and control glue production.
  - Supervise the operation of machines in the glue mixing department to be efficient and follow up on work to achieve goals in the department.
  - Control and supervise 5S, safety to achieve the goals, including absences, leave, and late arrivals.
  - Take care of arranging manpower to be suitable for production.
  - Provide training and knowledge on work to employees, including giving advice.
  - Follow the company policy to employees.
  - Improve and develop production processes.
