    1. Mange all HR&GA / Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
    2. Recruitment process
    3. Supervising HR team
    4. Payroll process ( B-plus program systems )
    5. Monthly employee attendance report, turn over, overtime, sick leave, head count report to HQ.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female 40-45 years
    - Bachelor degree in related field
    - Experience 13 years up and 5 years in management level
    - Have experience in manufacturing / Automotive is advantaged
    - Fluent in English / Sap program is needed.
