• Job Description

  -Develop and document design, source base and architecture.
  -Maintain and manage existing source bases. Review and improvise code. Run tests and fix bugs.
  -Develop technical solutions to solve business problems.
  -Act as a business analysts to determine functionalities in order to turn business/user requirements into application/solutions.
  -Determine resource need (tools/people) to achieve task assigned within time commitment.
  -Act as a project lead to delegate tasks, follow up and manage team member (either in house and outsource) to achieve development project.
  -Take responsibility for all development work and ownership of project.
  -Has a knowledge of new coding technology whilst extensive understand old style type of development to filling in the gap and manage to interface both system to support business growth.
