Job Description
- Take responsibility in Payroll process of the employees
- Support recruiting, recommend the appropriate channel for job posting
- Internal regulations and standard issuing in area of human resources management and organization development
- Employee training program, and performance management system
- Other tasks as superior's assignment
Qualifications
Requirement
<Qualification>
- Male or Female age preferably 30-38 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Payroll and other HR jobs at factories.
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good command of English with Toeic Score not less than 600

- Strong Service Mind, good relationship and communication skill with organizations and colleagues
- Full knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
