  • Job Description

    - Perform duties as a Sales Coordinator and Import & Export
    - Documentation for Shipping through our own system
    - Coordination and/or adjustment among Sales agents and manufacturers for delivery arrangement
    - Follow up PO and Delivery date with suppliers
    - Generate PO, quotations and other sales-related documents
    - Coordinate with customers about orders and delivery via phone calls and e-mails in English
    - Manage our company’s general administrative activities to be handled with standard quality, within the timeline, following policies and procedures
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female / 30-35 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Logistic field is an advantage
    - Must working experience as Logistic coordinator or Import&Export
    - Have a good command of English (Neo-4 up)
    - Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel basic function

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    English
