    - Communicate with all parties such as customers, foreign agents and factory
    - Coordinate and handle orders with customer and factory
    - Follow up all Filament Lining export orders including shipment, delivery and production
    - Handle documentation system (invoice, claims, credit note, exports, etc.)
    - Handle and support sales tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Good command in both written and spoken English
    - Good interpersonal skill
    - Having 1-2 years of experiences in sales coordinator would be advantage
    - Have basic sale and negotiation skill
    - Able to use Microsoft Office and email
    - Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and commitments
