    - Responsible for providing general assistance for sales department
    - Prepare and issue documents such as invoice and payment in time
    - Send email in English to overseas customers
    - Control document system by SAP Accounting program
    - Other tasks assign by Sales & Marketing and Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Age 23 – 27 years old
    - Bachelor Degree in any related fields is required
    - At least 0~1 year of experience as sales coordinator in trading industry
    - Good command of English
    - Advantage: Able to use SAP system is advantage

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
