    - Responsible for the management on the production line (as a chief)
    - Control and manage production section (approx 60 subordinates, will be 250)
    - Analyze production performance to improve production results
    - Correspond with Head Office in Japan via e-mails or phone calls
    - Report activities, results and other related issues to manager
    - Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 38-49
    - Solid experience in a manufacturing field
    - Work experience as a production manager or an assistant manager
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N3 is required

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English, Japanese
