  • Job Description

    - Welcome all walk-in customers (for all types of services)
    - Comply with PPSA customer service guidelines or requirements
    - Receive processes and registration of jobs in WRSystem
    - Understanding customer’s needs
    - Follow up with customers (contact and inform) on local repairs, SG and PPSA (delays, postponement of collection date, pending repairs, quotation approval, etc.)
    - Return watches to customers in accordance with our standard process
    - Perform tasks upon completion of repair/QC in accordance with our standard process
    - Carry out other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager

  • Requirement

    - Female, 27-35
    - At least 5 years in customer service in the retail/distributor industry.
    - have service mind (Important)
    - Excellent at writing and communicate in English
    - Strong interpersonal skills

  • English Level

    Level 2 - Advanced Level

  • Other Language

    English

  • Working Hour

    8.30 ~ 17.30
