  • Job Description

    - Receive orders, make confirmation with customers and issue orders to purchasing department
    - Follow up on the delivery progress as requested and support routine requests from customers
    - Generate and issue invoices and other necessary documents based on supervisor's requests
    - Generate and prepare sales reports to supervisor and management executives on a weekly basis
    - Develop and maintain positive business relationships and support domestic customers on a daily basis
    - Cooperate closely with members and other departments to share information

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 23-30
    - Work experience, more than one year, in sales, import and export or trading company
    - TOEIC, minimum 700 scores
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites
    - Ability to use ERP system will be an advantage
    - Good human relations and excellent interpersonal skills
    - Hard-working attitudes, punctuality and a fast learner
