- Oversee and control the injection molding process to meet production and quality objectives.- Manage and improve 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) controls and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).- Continuously improve productivity and reduce defects.- Participate in evaluating specifications for new mold development.- Conduct trials for new molds and improvement projects.- Report daily defects directly to the Injection Manager.- Ensure quality objectives are met and maintained.- Supervise employees and ensure compliance with work instructions and safety standards.- Develop and update work standards; provide training for team members.- Maintain machinery and equipment used in the injection process.- Coordinate with external vendors for mold repair and machine servicing.- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
