Responsible for Power Tool Accessory mass production quality as well as supplier process audit/open item follow-up/driving continuous improvement.Support NPD activities, including process audit, FAI, and open items follow-up with local suppliers by coordinating with PRCKey Responsibilities• Conduct pre-shipment inspection(PSI) by WI, and compile the PSI report• Follow up the PSI findings by NCMR and SCAR through QMS online.• Handle NCMR by initiating an MRB meeting and report to the category lead for further support.• Create and report to the category leader to create a SCAR in QMS for CAPA.• Supplier education ( process control plan, SQP, SPC, measuring methodology, inspection plan, WI, gage etc)• Product, process, and quality system audit with report issuing, follow up non- conformities, and ensure improvement and closure of NCs found.• Manage the customer complaint and provide SCAR report on notification of client complaint• Communicate and work with related departments to ensure quality requirements are met in an in-time delivery manner• Conducting weekly, and monthly supplier quality performance reviews in terms of supplier’s quality performance reports, audit issues, customer complaints, etc.• root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up with supplier in order to drive supplier for continuous improvement• Drive the improvement based on defects top 3.• To early involve and work with the project team during NPD to make sure understand product specification/inspection/testing criteria.• Process audit based on PCP, SQP, WI and follow up on the open items for closure
