We are recruiting a Domestic Sales Assistant for PCB Assembly (PCBA) to strengthen our sales team.You will first join as an assistant to learn the work, with the opportunity to grow into a full sales role in the future.-------------------------------------1. New Business DevelopmentExplore new business opportunities for PCBA manufacturing and related components.Support strategic growth through analysis of market, competitors, and industry trends.Build long-term relationships by visiting customers and suppliers for project discussions.2. Sales ManagementOversee the sales process including quotations, negotiations, prototype proposals, and after-sales support.Prepare sales forecasts, update the pipeline, and generate reports for management.3. Customer Relations & Account ManagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.Handle inquiries, provide project updates, and explain prototype status.Coordinate with internal departments (sales admin, production, engineering, warehouse) to support customers.4. Technical & Commercial SupportWork closely with technical and production teams to understand and address customer requirements.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with engineering recommendations.5. Internal CoordinationManage delivery schedules and coordinate with factories (technical and production teams).Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.6.
