【Key Responsibilities】• Collaborate with clients to assess HR-related challenges and organizational development needs.• Design and implement solutions in HR systems such as grading, evaluation, and compensation frameworks.• Develop and deliver customized training programs aligned with client objectives and strategy.• Conduct interviews, surveys, and data analysis to support diagnosis and solution development.• Support project operations, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth implementation.• Act as a trusted partner, building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their evolving needs.• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the company’s brand and attract new clients.• Sales activities by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying business opportunities.• Work closely with internal teams and superiors to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.• Stay updated on HR trends, labour regulations, and best practices to ensure relevant and compliant solutions.
