- Coordinate with users to collect system requirements- Analyze and design system as assigned- Coordinate with various agencies in order to make the work come out as designed- Control the project timeline- Check the correctness of works according to designed- Follow up and support users- Documentation for UAT- Prepare documents for using the system- Support team during Go Live system
