Job Function:HRBP (Business partner), HRIS (Information system), Payroll, Training, Evaluation, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee/ Labor Relation, Organization Development, General AffairJob Description:• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws• Creating HR systems effectively and efficiently such as HR policies, job description, personnel evaluation system, personnel information control• Have full responsibility for the employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates, up to the selection interview• Management of selection, promotion, demotion transferring• Conducting coaching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees• Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner• Being responsible on payroll matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonus and benefits• Creating employment contract employees as well as renew the validity period of the employment contract• Exercise disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company• Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant with local labor laws• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor contracts, work permits, and social security• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies• Manage Visa and work permit process for Japanese employees• Manage and renew company important documents and licenses• Company assets management• Other tasks assigned by supervisors• Representative of environmental committee and lead the ISO14001 activities
