Role Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Senior E-Commerce Specialist to grow our online revenue across marketplaces, social commerce, and our own D2C channel. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role responsible for managing day-to-day operations while developing the platforms, processes, and channel mix needed for future growth. Success in this role means achieving short-term sales targets while also identifying and developing scalable new sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Growth & Management
- Own the P&L and sales targets for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s D2C website.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including product listings, SEO-optimized content, pricing, stock accuracy, promotions, and campaign calendars.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, including Double Day, Mega Campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with platform account managers to secure traffic support, vouchers, and visibility placements.
- Identify and launch new sales channels, such as quick commerce, social commerce, subscription or auto-replenishment models, and D2C channels.
- Develop data-driven demand forecasts to support stock planning and promotional investment.

任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in Thailand, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, pet food, or another consumable-product category
- Proven experience growing revenue through Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop, with the ability to explain specific initiatives and results
- Strong knowledge of Seller Centre tools, platform advertising systems, campaign mechanics, and performance metrics such as CTR, ATC, AOV, and CVR
- Good command of English

- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets; dashboard experience is an advantage
- Commercially minded and comfortable managing sales targets, margins, and budgets
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building new processes
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)英文
