• 工作内容

  - Create and maintain Material Master Data in SAP, including material type, plant, unit of measure, standard price, and other relevant master data fields.
  - Extend material master data to new plants, company codes, and storage locations when required.
  - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of material master data.
  - Validate material master requests based on:
  - Standard naming conventions
  - Material classification rules
  - Duplicate and similar material checks
  - Correct unit of measure and conversion
  - Internal SOP and governance requirements
  - Conduct data quality checks and identify areas for improvement.
  - Prepare regular master data reports, data consolidation, and performance monitoring reports.
  - Support internal and external stakeholders regarding material master data accuracy and traceability.
  - Act as the key contact person for material master data-related issues.
  - Coordinate closely with related departments and global teams, including Global Costing, COUPA, and H4 Hana.
  - Support SAP upgrades, system migration, and master data conversion activities.
  - Participate in UAT testing for material master data and system changes.
  - Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, documentation, and training materials related to master data processes.
  - Support continuous improvement of master data processes and governance.
