  [Job Description]
  1. Import & Shipping Coordination:
  - Coordinate import activities with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers following established procedures.
  - Prepare, verify, and handle required shipping documents (e.g., B/L, Invoice, Packing List, C/O) to ensure accurate and prompt task execution.
  - Track shipment schedules and report any logistics issues to superiors for guidance and resolution.
  
  2. Sales Support & Relationship Management:
  - Follow up on recurring orders with existing customers to support the maintenance of existing business.
  - Handle basic interactions and inquiries from customers and suppliers, escalating complex issues to the superior.
  - Prepare quotations, process orders, and support payment follow-ups accurately based on the superior's instructions.
  
  3. Operational Support:
  - Deliver product samples to customers and follow up on testing results.
  - Support domestic and overseas factory visits, audits, or customer meetings (including coordination/translation if required).
  - Perform other routine tasks as assigned by the superior.
