  【Job Description】

You will work closely with firm leadership, have client relationships at the senior stakeholder level, and play a defining role in growing the Finance Transformation practice.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  ・ Manage end-to-end delivery of client engagements — leading project teams of up to 5 consultants, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring quality outcomes
  ・ Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the engagement
  ・ Drive commercial growth — leading business development efforts, shaping proposals, developing client pitches, and selling follow-on work with existing and new clients
  ・ Direct both Project Management Office (PMO) and Transformation Management Office (TMO) delivery
  ・ Spearhead solution design — bringing forward original approaches to client challenges and demonstrating deep subject-matter expertise across digital finance
  ・ Design and lead the implementation of strategies that apply digital tools, including AI, to improve operations and refine core processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury, financial planning & analysis)
  ・ Guide the evaluation and recommendation of Cloud ERP solutions for clients, setting best practices that are shared firmwide
  ・ Mentor and develop the team, taking an active role in performance management and career development
  ・ Stay ahead of regulations, trends, and technologies shaping digital finance, analytics, and the CFO agenda — translating insight into new service offerings and client value
