• 工作内容

  - Check attendance and allocate manpower according to the production plan to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
  - Monitor and manage manpower to ensure compliance with standards and achievement of production output according to the production plan.
  - Verify and record production data, including machinery inspection documents (daily, weekly, and monthly), and drive improvements in production efficiency.
  - Provide training and guidance on quality policies and any changes so employees understand and implement them effectively.
  - Analyze the root causes of problems and implement corrective actions according to policies and directions from supervisors.
  - Ensure that all information necessary for production quality, including quality management systems, is communicated accurately and thoroughly to employees.
  - Monitor the progress of product deliveries to the finished goods (FG) warehouse and ensure deliveries are made according to plan.
  - Follow up on the training results of new employees and prepare development plans to maximize their performance and efficiency.
  - Respond to and support company activities or activities organized by relevant agencies as required.
  - Comply with all lawful instructions assigned by direct supervisors and/or authorized personnel.
