• 工作内容

  - Financial Operations
  1) Manage daily operations of the finance section.
  2) Oversee invoicing, debit note/credit note, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable settlement, and expense reimbursement processes.
  3) Reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure all outgoing and incoming cash and related entries are completed and accurate.
  
  - Financial Closing and Reporting
  1) Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of finance activities in line with the internal schedule.
  2) Support reporting requirements by coordinating timelines and submissions with the team.
  3) Oversee and support information for company budget and forecast (Expense report of Actual, Forecast & Budget).
  4) Prepare sales reports and journal entries of sales information for reporting.
  5) Sales - FG reconciliation and confirmation
  
  - Cash Flow and Forecasting
  1) Prepare cash flow reports and rolling forecasts on a monthly basis.
  2) Analyze variances between forecast and actual financial results.
  
  - Tax, Statutory, and Corporate Compliance
  1) Ensure timely and accurate submission of all relevant Thai tax filings and statutory obligations.
  2) Oversee corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and any other applicable tax compliance requirements.
  3) Maintain tax documents and support corporate filings with relevant authorities.
  
  - Systems and Process Improvement
  1) Continually improve and formalize finance and accounting workflows, controls, and SOPs.
  2) Participate in the evaluation, implementation, or enhancement of accounting systems.
  3) Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and motivation to subordinates.
