  - Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, primarily Japanese manufacturing companies, through regular visits and follow-up activities (approximately 90% existing accounts and 10% new business development).
  - Identify customer needs and provide timely support and solutions to address operational challenges.
  - Propose factory automation (FA) equipment and automation solutions to improve customers' productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing processes.
  - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations using demo equipment to introduce new products and solutions.
  - Participate in and support trade exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
  - Prepare sales reports, quotations, proposals, and other related documentation.
  - Maintain regular communication with management and provide updates on sales activities, customer requirements, and market trends.
  - Cover key industrial areas including Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, and surrounding regions.
