Location: Latkrabang
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end quality control processes across all production stages to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Oversee product inspections and testing (fit, wear, durability), including coordination with external labs when required
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality data, KPIs, and best practices to enhance product performance and efficiency
• Manage and train QC team, fostering a strong quality culture across production
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and prepare quality reports for management
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and traceability of all quality activities
• Analyze customer feedback and warranty claims, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve product quality
资格
任职资格
<Must>
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of QC/QA experience in footwear or manufacturing, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, product specifications, and testing methods
• Experience using quality management tools and systems (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis) and managing QC software/databases
• Knowledge of global quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
• Documented leadership experience, cross-functional collaboration experience, and experience managing quality risks英文
