Plan the regional logistics network, logistics service providers selection, coordinate international logistics and local distribution, control logistics costs, ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished products, adapt to the logistics characteristics and customs clearance requirements of the region, and avoid logistics compliance risks.• Compliance and Risk Management: Strictly comply with the supply chain-related laws and regulations of the responsible region, implement compliance requirements such as COO, customs, taxation, environmental protection and labor, establish a supply chain risk early warning mechanism, respond to potential risks such as regional supply chain disruptions, exchange rate fluctuations and policy changes, and ensure the stable operation of the supply chain. At the same time, ensure that the entire supply chain process complies with IPG's global compliance standards and corporate social responsibility requirements.• Cross-departmental and Cross-regional Collaboration: Link with IPG's global headquarters supply chain, R&D, sales, quality, sourcing, engineering and other departments to synchronize project supply chain needs and progress. Role Description:The Product Quality Manager is responsible for driving product and supplier quality excellence across the Asia region.
