工作内容
Main Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers • Follow up new project leads, quotations, proposals, LOI, PO, and pre-contract discussions • Handle sales activities for factories, warehouses, offices, maintenance works, and small construction projects • Coordinate internally with estimation, design, construction, maintenance, accounting, and management teams • Prepare customer visit reports, meeting minutes, sales pipeline reports, and quotation status updates • Understand customer requirements, budget, schedule, specifications, and key concerns • Share customer information and project risks with internal teams in a timely manner • Manage sales pipeline, quotation progress, expected orders, and next actions • Report sales progress and pending issues to the Managing Director and General Manager • Attend client meetings and support communication between customers and internal teams
