  Job Summary
  The Head Technician is responsible for leading the technical team, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining technical excellence standards for premium vehicles.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership
  - Diagnose advanced mechanical and electrical issues.
  - Provide technical guidance to technicians.
  - Approve final quality inspection before vehicle release.
  - Handle complex engine, transmission, and ECU diagnostics.
  
  2. Quality Control
  - Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
  - Maintain proper documentation of technical work.
  - Reduce comeback jobs and rework rate.
  
  3. Training & Development
  - Train junior technicians and apprentices.
  - Conduct technical skill assessments.
  - Recommend new tools and diagnostic equipment.
  
  4. Equipment & Workshop Management
  - Maintain diagnostic machines and workshop tools.
  - Ensure proper use of equipment.
  - Follow safety and operational procedures.
