The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CMM measurement programs, ensuring precise dimensional inspection, analyzing results, and supporting continuous improvement in our production and mold manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities- Develop, modify, and optimize CMM measurement programs based on 2D/3D CAD data and product drawings.- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM and other precision measurement tools.- Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and apply it accurately in measurement planning.- Set up measurement fixtures, clamping methods, and inspection conditions.- Prepare and issue inspection reports, measurement documents, and analysis results.- Troubleshoot measurement issues and implement corrective actions.- Work closely with Quality, Production, and Mold Engineering teams to support problem-solving and quality improvement activities.- Maintain CMM equipment performance, calibration schedules, and daily checks.- Support customer audits, internal audits, and documentation for ISO/Quality system compliance.- Provide training and technical support to inspectors and team members regarding measurement procedures.
