Job Summary
- The Quality Control Engineer (Gas) is responsible for ensuring that gas products and related processes comply with specified quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role involves quality inspection, testing, documentation, process monitoring, and continuous improvement activities related to gas production, filling, storage, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection and verification of gas products (e.g. industrial gases, medical gases, specialty gases) in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gas analysis and testing, including purity, composition, pressure, and related specifications.
- Monitor and control quality during production, filling, storage, and transportation processes.
- Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and quality reports.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within gas, petrochemical, chemical, or industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
- English proficiency: Good to Excellent (able to read standards, write technical reports, communicate with overseas customers and auditors)英文
