  HR Job
  - Support the implementation of the company's HR strategy.
  - Responsible for the recruitment system.
  - Responsible for organization development, including creating and implementing strategies to enhance the organization.
  
  GA Job
  - Manage overall general affairs for the factory (canteen services, company community bus, security staff, etc.).
  - Manage outsourced services to meet company requirements for GA functions.
  - Supervise and train GA team members in daily operations to achieve output targets.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
