    1. Payroll Management
    - Design, implement, and manage payroll systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
    - Oversee salary structure, compensation processes, and payroll administration

    2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
    - Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
    - Plan and manage workforce requirements (Manpower Planning)
    - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes

    3. Performance Management System
    - Establish and manage employee performance evaluation systems
    - Conduct annual performance appraisals and probation evaluations
    - Ensure alignment between individual performance and company objectives

    4. Employee Welfare
    - Design and improve employee welfare programs and benefits
    - Ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction
    - Monitor and review welfare policies regularly

    5. Training & Development
    - Develop and implement Orientation and Onboarding programs
    - Create and manage annual training plans (e.g. Year 2026 Training Plan)
    - Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives

    6. Labor Relations & Compliance
    - Provide consultation on labor law and HR best practices
    - Review and update company rules and regulations to comply with current labor laws
    - Handle employee relations issues professionally and proactively

    7. HR Team Development
    - Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members
    - Build overall HR capability and ensure clear role responsibilities
    - Promote knowledge sharing and strengthen HR expertise within the team

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    - 5–8 years of experience in HR, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
    - Demonstrable knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and HR best practices
    - Experience setting up HR systems in a growing organization
