  - Refer to daily and monthly plans and assign personnel accordingly.
  - Manage production lines and improve processes.
  - Track and control material usage according to order sheets.
  - Control injection molding machines to produce products.
  - Feedback on work progress.
  - Track process rejects. Plan and implement remedial actions to control/reduce rejects.
  - Maintain site discipline and take appropriate action against violators.
  - Work with the maintenance department to maintain mechanical equipment.
  - Ensure safety, 5S, and discipline on the shop floor.
  - Control process defects and material usage according to the process plan.
  - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
