工作内容
- Coordinate with overseas customers and internal departments to support sales operations
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for export and sales transactions
- Issue and Create RFQ (Request for Quotation):
- Prepare and issue RFQs in response to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather accurate cost and pricing information
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication
- Handle inquiries and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction
资格
任职资格
- Proficiency in English Language (strongly required TOEIC score 550 up )
- 1-3 years Automotive Industry experiences would be advantage
- Japanese Proficiency level N3 will be Advantage
- Knowledge Basic Computer (Microsoft Office / Excel / Power point / Outlook)
- Able to work oversea英文
