Main Job Functions:1.) Sales Strategy & Planning• Develop and implement SEA General Industry (GI) sales strategies aligned with short, mid, and long-term business objectives• Translate SEA growth initiatives into actionable plans, incorporating digital tools and market-specific nuances• Regularly assess and adapt strategic industry and account focus based on pipeline, portfolio needs, and business potential• Lead the creation of strategic key account plans, including forecasting, pricing, and margin targets• Ensure alignment and collaboration2.) Key Account Management• Oversee strategic account development and customer relationship management with a focus on customer-centricity• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to close, using CRM and digital tools to track performance• Ensure high-quality customer visit reporting and funnel management, turning insights into tangible growth actions• Lead commercial negotiations (volume, price, margin) and ensure contract renewals meet business goals• Act as escalation point and resolution lead for complex customer complaints or cross-functional challenges3.) Business Development & Innovation• Align channel and end-user strategies to create a seamless go-to-market approach, maximizing market share across priority segments• Lead end-user business development initiatives, identifying and targeting high-value accounts and securing spec’d-in solutions• Build strong relationships with key channel partners, training and enabling partner sales teams to drive focus on Company's value proposition• Provide technical assistance, service, and application advice for customers within defined markets including business development activities• Provide market insights and segmentation analysis to help the team identify high-potential sectors and customer profiles for targeted lead generation• Build business cases for new product development based on robust customer and market intelligence• Provide commercial support as projects move from ideation to commercialization• Monitor competitors, identify risks/opportunities, and guide the organization’s response in the SEA market• Leverage digital tools and platforms to generate and qualify leads and track4.) Leadership• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across Countries to deliver results through influence rather than direct authority• Skilled in motivating and guiding indirect reports by fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and drive cross-functional initiatives• Define clear KPIs, drive accountability, and foster a results-oriented team culture5.) Reporting and Systems• Maintain and update detailed records of your activities and projects• Prepare insightful monthly reports to keep the team updated• Utilize our CRM system to track project information, status updates, and sales activities
