- Production planning, set production goals (Quality, production cost, delivery)
- Manpower to work to suit the production capacity.
- Check and improve the production process.
- Solve problems in the production process.
- Set product quality standards and production standard.
- Supervise the work of employees to be in accordance with the plan.
- Employee development plan.
- Monitoring and evaluation of development.
- Liaise with various related department.
- Summary of results ,reports to executives.
- Control and drive safety , 5s , and Kaizen activities.
- Environmental Management System Implementation & Improvement (ISO 14001)
- Quality Management System Implementation & Improvement (ISO 9001)
- Implement and improvement about Environment and Safety.
- Others as per assigned by supervisor.
资格
应征条件
• Graduated in engineering and related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production in manufacturing., with over 3 years in management level
• Experience in chemical polymers, masterbatch, and plastic industry.
• Good command in English or Japanese
• Traveling by yourself英文
