Overall Management and Supervision of Accounting Operations
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements (P/L) and Balance Sheets (B/S)
- Final review and approval of journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
- Tax Management
Manage and file Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax
- Fixed Cost Control
- Control and manage fixed expenses
- Audit Handling
- Prepare documents and data for audits
- Handle and improve corrective actions based on audit findings
Team Management
- Train and supervise accounting staff
- Assign tasks and manage workload and progress
- Improve accounting workflows and promote digital transformation (DX)
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Most recent position as an Accounting Manager (Controller / Head of Accounting) or an equivalent role with direct subordinates, with at least 5 years of experience overseeing overall accounting and tax matters
- At least 5 years of experience as a person in charge of accounting in a manufacturing company or trading company
- Experience working in a Japanese or foreign-affiliated company
- English communication level is sufficient (any tools may be used, but must be able to properly communicate through written English)英文
