工作内容
- Get forecast and order information from customer (Thai and oversea)
- Input order and forecast in ERP (Internal system)
- Communicate and confirm an internal requirement for delivery concern
- Contact to customer to adjust delivery
- Summary and analyse order, forecast data by comparison information
- Confirm reason for order and forecast flutuation
- Control Japan export project (Order, Forecast, Delivery timing etc.)
- Summary shipment list to export team
- Confirm monthly stock with customer and update usage to supplier
- Confirm sales amount and input inboice data for all customer in ERP.
- Other task as assignment
资格
应征条件
-Bachelor degree in any Field
-Experience for Sales Coodinator / Support
-Experience working in Automotive or Electronics manufacturing industry
Skills :
-JLPT N3 up (Good communicate)
-Have strong ability in communication skill
-Can use MS office in advance level. (Excel, Powerpoint)
-Good comman in written and spoke english
-Always eager to learn new things
-Capable of handling pressure well
-Possess excellent negotiation and communication
Knowledge :
-Control overall for information in ERP (special consideration)英文
