The Marketing Director plays a critical leadership role in driving business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and expanding customer reach for Nanmee Books.This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels to increase sales, enhance brand awareness, and support long-term organizational growth in the publishing and educational products industry.1. Strategic Marketing Leadership- Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives- Lead execution of integrated marketing plans to achieve measurable business outcomes- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and commercial performance goals2. Product & Content Marketing Strategy- Analyze the core value propositions and unique selling points of each book and educational product- Translate product insights into effective communication strategies tailored to target audiences- Collaborate closely with editorial, content, and product teams to align marketing direction3. Omni-Channel Marketing Management- Develop marketing strategies across all sales channels including:- Bookstores and retail outlets- E-commerce platforms- Modern trade- Schools and educational institutions- Digital marketing channels- Optimize customer journey across online and offline touchpoints4. Brand Development & Positioning- Strengthen brand positioning and brand equity across all product lines- Drive brand awareness campaigns that resonate with diverse target audiences- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms5. Budget & Performance Management- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets- Ensure marketing investments deliver clear ROI- Monitor campaign performance through data analytics and KPIs6. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies- Utilize insights to improve marketing strategies and product development7. Partnership & Co-Marketing Strategy- Develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, publishers, influencers, and digital platforms- Lead co-marketing and co-branding initiatives to expand market reach- Build long-term collaborative relationships to strengthen brand visibility8. Team Leadership & Capability Development- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, editorial, digital, and product teams- Build a performance-driven, data-oriented marketing culture
