  - Manage production resources including personnel, machinery, equipment, raw materials, and others to maximize efficiency.
  - Supervise and develop the production team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and motivation.
  - Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Marketing, Administration, and other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  - Control product quality to meet company standards and customer requirements.
  - Ensure all operations comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
  - Continuously analyze and improve production processes.
  - Prepare production reports and perform data analysis to support management decision-making.
  - Control production costs and reduce process-related waste.
  - Oversee the maintenance of production machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards.
