    [Job Summary]
    - Create 3D visualizations of office layouts and furniture arrangements based on client requirements
    - Produce high-quality renderings and prepare presentation materials for internal teams and clients
    - Collaborate with sales teams, interior designers, and technical staff to develop practical and realistic designs
    - Revise drawings and designs based on feedback from clients and supervisors
    - Propose modern office design concepts that balance functionality and aesthetics
    - Organize and manage project data and files in a systematic manner

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
    - At least 2-3 years of practical experience in 3D design
    - Proficient in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent
    - Creative and knowledgeable about office design concepts and functionality
    - Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking (equivalent to TOEIC score of 550)
