• 工作内容

  1. Liaise with China Team:
  ◦ Directly coordinate with engineering leads at the Chinese headquarters or design teams to fully and accurately understand construction requirements and design standards.
  ◦ Communicate and confirm the feasibility of construction, localization adjustments, and technical details.
  
  2. Manage Thai Design Output:
  ◦ Coordinate and manage local Thai design institutes or drafting teams to produce construction and submission drawings that comply with Thai regulations, based on Chinese requirements.
  ◦ Review drawings to ensure they fully implement the Chinese design intent and comply with local regulations.
  
  3. Plan and Drive Execution:
  ◦ Develop detailed and actionable Master Schedules based on final drawings, defining critical milestones.
  ◦ Organize all construction activities, including the sequencing of manpower, materials, and equipment mobilization.
  
  4. Oversee On-Site Construction:
  ◦ Take full responsibility for on-site construction management, directing contractors and construction teams to strictly follow drawings and plans.
  ◦ Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety, resolving all on-site issues.
