工作内容
【Responsibilities】- Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, servers, Wi-Fi, VPN, endpoint protection, and business applications within defined SLA.- Manage user account lifecycle (create, modify, assign privileges, reset password, deprovision) in compliance with Access Control Policy.- Monitor, maintain, and proactively resolve system and network performance issues to ensure system availability and minimize downtime.- Implement and enforce IT policies (Security, AUP, BYOD, Remote Work, Backup, Access Control) to comply with RHQ and Head Office IT standards.- Ensure patching, antivirus, and endpoint security compliance according to corporate baseline security requirements.- Coordinate with IT vendors on equipment procurement, maintenance agreements, and technical support.- Provide first-line IT support to end-users and customers, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate with customer IT teams when issues are on the customer side.- Perform scheduled backups (onsite/offsite), verify backup integrity, and prepare monthly backup reports in line with BCP/DR standards.- Prepare monthly IT operation reports covering system health, incidents, IT assets, security compliance, and improvement plans.- Act as the main IT contact point with Head Office / RHQ IT for requirement clarification, status reporting, follow-ups, and implementation of corporate IT standards.- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, network devices).- Lead site-level IT projects (installation, migration, upgrade, rollout) including planning, execution, and progress reporting.- Prepare site IT budget and annual IT project plan, including requirement gathering, cost estimation, and budget proposal.- Conduct IT security awareness training for employees and submit training summary reports to RHQ and Head Office IT.
