    • Work with product, service, and management teams
    • Develop the sales team to improve solution-selling capabilities

资格

  • 任职资格

    Requirements:
    - Medical Device Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in the medical device industry.
    - Sales Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
    - Operating Room (OR) Experience: Hands-on experience attending surgical cases in the operating room is strongly preferred.
    - Sales Planning & Forecasting: Proven track record in setting sales targets and managing sales forecasts.
    - Key Network: Established network with hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
