    Responsibilities

    - Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
    - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
    - Involve IT system implementation project follow assignment.
    - Troubleshooting and diagnosing incidents
    - Assist in the training of new customer support agents on occasion.
    - Follow the security guidelines and working procedures
    - Follow up with customers to make sure that their concerns, including technical issues, are well addressed.

资格

  • 应征条件

    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
    - Proven experience as IT Customer Support or Application Support
    - Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis
    - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client and other team members
    - Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to effectively manage and troubleshoot issues.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects
    - Problem-solving aptitude
