The Human Resources Manager (Full Loop) is responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, compensation structure, and HR strategy. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Owner, providing professional HR advice, building HR systems, and ensuring a healthy, compliant, and productive workplace.1. Full HR Operations (End-to-End)- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance review, and offboarding.- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases accurately.- Handle employee welfare, attendance records, leave management, and internal HR administration.2. Recruitment & Organization Structure- Lead recruitment activities for all levels, from staff to management.- Design and improve job structures, job descriptions, and organizational charts.- Plan manpower requirements in alignment with business growth and budget.3. Labor Law & Employee Relations- Handle labor law matters, employee disputes, complaints, and legal risks.- Manage cases related to employee claims, labor disputes, and legal proceedings in coordination with legal advisors.- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, company policies, and internal regulations.- Ensure company compliance with Thai labor laws and related regulations.4. Compensation, Benefits & Social Security- Design and manage salary structures, grading systems, and compensation frameworks.- Manage Social Security registration, contribution, and employee in/out processing.- Review and benchmark compensation and benefits to remain competitive.5. Performance Management & KPI System- Design and implement KPI frameworks for each position.- Manage performance appraisal systems and annual evaluation processes.- Support managers in setting performance goals and tracking employee performance.6. Employee Development & Evaluation- Conduct employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans (PIP).- Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and retention.7. HR Advisory & Business Partner Role- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Owner and management team on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational issues.- Provide professional HR guidance on management decisions, employee relations, and organizational change.- Advise employees on HR-related matters, career development, and workplace concerns.8. Employee Engagement & Culture- Plan and organize employee activities, internal events, and engagement programs.- Promote positive company culture, communication, and employee morale.
