    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible in achievement of department and Company KPI
    • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
    • Utilize maintenance logs to establish the proper Preventive Maintenance Plan
    • Carry out inspections of the facilities to resolve issues and analyst to do Predictive Maintenance
    • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
    • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
    • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
    • Processes achievement management, strive to reduce expenses and increase line availability
    • Control and maintain all utilities used in plant ex. Water balance, treatment, supply energy

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant Manufacturing/Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Electrical)
    • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in maintenance.
    • Good understanding of the technical features on PLC, machining process and factory utility, (automation and TPM is a plus)
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
    • Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO 14001
