  Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in achievement of department and Company KPI
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Utilize maintenance logs to establish the proper Preventive Maintenance Plan
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to resolve issues and analyst to do Predictive Maintenance
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Processes achievement management, strive to reduce expenses and increase line availability
  • Control and maintain all utilities used in plant ex. Water balance, treatment, supply energy
