  - Lead, supervise, and conduct human resources (Concentrate on recruitment & education), General
  affairs functions (Concentrate on the corporate matters)
  - Guide employees to fulfill their potential, create and guide solutions to problems
  - Initiate and conduct people management implementation plan which including the entire HR process & operation,
  - Review and implementation of organization chart, Compensation structure, Learning & Development, Performance Management system, Succession plan, Talent review, Career path, Retention program, etc.
  - Be accountable as company management who make business transformation.
  - Make HR action plan aligned with company direction
  - Manage HR staff members
  - Streamline procurement process, HR process, and other admin related processes relevant to
  Headquarter and Group Policy
  - Responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve troubleshooting and internal departments
  to smoothen day-to-day operations.
  - Execute any HR related projects per management assignment
