  The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing organization's recruitment strategy with a goal to
  
  1) Fulfill job vacancies
  2) Increase employee retention by ensuring the best selection for each role
  3) Efficiently conduct recruitment process in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
  
  Roles and responsibilities
  
  - Fulfill job vacancies in time and in budget, using appropriate sourcing and selection method
  - Liaise with executives/managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
  - Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes/improvement to the organization's recruitment
  - Manage and control recruitment activities include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references and negotiating employment offers
  - Composing job advertisements in Thai and English and liaising with job advertising websites and classified media including social media recruitment channel
  - Build and manage ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources to ensure strong pipeline of talent
  - Prepare regular HR reporting related to recruitment and turnover.
  - Establishing and creating knowledge &skill tests.
  - Prepare headcount budgeting and recruitment in order to ensure recruiting are on time as plan.
